What Does It Cost To Attend Ecola?

The cost to attend Ecola varies based on the student's financial aid and the meal plan chosen. For 2023-2024, the average cost of attending is about $11,936.75.

Example 1: A student who wishes to purchase Meal Plan A and pay for the year in advance, will receive a 7.5% discount, and pay a total of $11,372.87 for tuition, housing, meals, and facilities ($10,529.27 for Meal Plan D).

Example 2: A student who wishes to reduce costs as much as possible can purchase the least expensive meal plan (Meal Plan D), join the work-study program, and apply for the full amount of need-based scholarship ($600). In this configuration, a student could reduce their out-of-pocket costs to about $8,800.

DEPOSITS

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A deposit of $150.00 will reserve a spot in the classroom for students and is due upon acceptance. This amount will be applied to tuition and is non-refundable.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A damage/cleaning deposit of $75.00 is required prior to moving into school housing. The entire deposit will be refunded at final departure following a room inspection. Normal wear and tear is expected, but a room not cleaned or damaged may require forfeiture of all or part of this deposit.

ADDITIONAL FEES

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION FEE

Payments made by a student or family member over the phone with a credit or debit card are charged an additional 2% transaction fee for each payment made toward the student's account. A payment made by debit card in person does not require the 2% transaction fee.

OVERDRAFT FEE

There is a $10 fee for checks that are returned for Not Sufficient Funds.

LATE PAYMENT FEE

There will be a $10 fee for any late payment.
