Fall Term — 9 weeks

Last day to apply - September 25

Registration - 2:00 pm, October 8

Classes begin - 9:00 am, October 9

Thanksgiving break - Noon, Nov. 22-Nov. 26

Last day to make up exams - November 30

Classes end - Noon, December 8

Christmas break - Dec. 8 - Jan. 7

**Please note: Students are not allowed to stay in the dorms over Christmas break. Please arrange to be out of your dorm by Friday December 8th at 3pm. Remember, it’s a 2 hr. drive to the airport!

Winter Term — 8 weeks

Return to campus - 2:00 pm, January 7

Classes begin - 9:00 am, January 8

Last day to make up exams - February 22

Classes end - Noon, February 29

Missions trips - February 29 - March 10

Spring break - February 29 - March 17

**Please note: Students are not allowed to stay in the dorms over spring break. Please arrange to be out of your dorm by Thursday February 29th at 3pm.

Spring Term — 7 weeks

Return to campus - 2:00 pm, March 17

Classes begin - 9:00 am, March 18

Easter break - Noon, March 29 - 5:30pm, April 1

Last day to make up exams - April 25

Classes end - May 2

Commencement - 10:00 am, May 3 (Friday)

**Please note: Students need to check out of their dorms by 4pm on Friday May 3rd (Commencement Day).

Financial Calendar,

5% DISCOUNT DUE DATES - 2023-2024

In order to receive a 5% discount each term the payment must be mailed no later than two weeks prior to the opening day of classes for that term. The postmark dates below will determine eligibility.

Fall Term - September 24, 2023

Winter Term - December 17, 2023

Spring Term - March 3, 2024

7.5% DISCOUNT FOR - 2023-2024

In order to receive a 7.5% discount the payment for the full year the payment must be postmarked no later than September 24, 2023

PAYMENT PLAN DUE DATES 2023-2024

Half of a term’s total cost is due on registration day. Two subsequent payments are then due. There will be a $10 fee for any late payments.

Payments must be postmarked no later than the following dates. If payments are not made as stated above, the student may be required to leave Ecola, but will be allowed to return if and when further funds are gathered.
